Kolkata: The parents of TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee moved Calcutta HC on Monday, seeking the quashing of an KMC notice served against their property at 29-C, Harish Chatterjee Street. Amit and Lata Banerjee stated that the building had been constructed legally according to sanctioned plans.
