Kailash Misra, an alleged aide of Abhishek Banerjee, was arrested by Howrah City Police from Madhubani in Bihar, said DC (North) Amlan Kusum Ghosh. The Bally candidate was booked for extortion, assault and issuing threats.
Misra was the president of the Howrah Sadar Youth Trinamool. tnn
