Edu dept asks colleges, univs to observe Syama Prasad fortnight

Kolkata: The higher education department has issued a notice asking govt-aided and private colleges and universities to observe Syama Prasad Mookerjee fortnight from June 23, his death anniversary, to July 6, his birth anniversary. All the higher education institutions have to prepare and preserve a report, along with geo-tagged photographs and relevant documents of the programmes they organise.
