Calcutta High Court Admits Atin Ghosh Anticipatory Bail Plea

Kolkata: Calcutta High Court on Tuesday admitted former TMC MLA Atin Ghosh’s anticipatory bail plea in an alleged land-grabbing case. It is likely to be heard this week. An FIR, based on the complaint of a Salt Lake hotelier, was lodged against Ghosh and his daughter at Pragati Maidan PS on charges of forcibly taking possession of property.
