Bidhannagar South police have issued a fresh summons to former minister Aroop Biswas, directing him to appear on Tuesday in the probe into alleged chaos and ticket irregularities during Lionel Messi’s visit. Biswas, questioned earlier after securing interim court protection, now faces renewed scrutiny over alleged security lapses and the diversion of 22,000 event tickets.
