Education expo draws students across North Bengal, showcases 185 academic programmes

The JIS Education Expo 2026 (Siliguri Edition), organised by JIS Group Educational Initiatives, concluded on Saturday with enthusiastic participation from students, parents and educators from Siliguri, North Bengal and adjoining areas.
The expo brought together 39 institutions offering 185 academic programmes across diploma, undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. Students explored higher education opportunities through interactive stalls, one-on-one counselling sessions with faculty members and admission experts, and discussions on emerging career options and future-ready learning pathways.
The event also featured the felicitation of Class X and Class XII toppers from schools across North Bengal and nearby areas in recognition of their academic achievements.
