Kolkata: CM Suvendu Adhikari on Tuesday launched Bidyut Prahari, a mobile application that will enable consumers to report cases of power theft and other grievances, and track the status of their complaints. A power department official said the identity of complainants reporting electricity theft would be kept confidential.
