Kolkata Police files fraud case against promoter Jay Kamdar

Kolkata: Kolkata Police has registered a fresh case against Behala promoter Jay Kamdar, whom ED arrested on embezzlement charges earlier, and an associate for allegedly cheating a business partner, Dibendu Majumdar, out of his contractual profit share in a real estate development project on Nepal Bhattacharjee Street in Kalighat.
