PM scheme for mothers from Oct: Chief minister Suvendu Adhikari

The state would introduce the Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandana Yojana scheme for mothers from Oct, said CM Suvendu Adhikari. He also announced that in the police force, two new woman police battalions, named after Matangini Hazra and Rani Rashmani, were coming up. “The women’s emergency helpline (112) will start on Mahalaya,” he said.
