Kolkata: Metro Railway will operate a truncated Blue Line service on Sunday, with trains running between Dakshineswar and Mahanayak Uttam Kumar (Tollygunge) for most of the day .Metro Railway said services between Gitanjali and Kavi Nazrul stations will remain suspended from 9am to 6.30 pm for maintenance work on the stretch. Full services on the Blue Line, from Dakshineswar to Shahid Khudiram, are expected to resume after 6.30pm. Passengers travelling beyond Mahanayak Uttam Kumar have been advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
