Kolkata: The Kolkata Police STF has arrested the mastermind of a fake currency gang and seized counterfeit notes, with a face value of Rs 45,000. “Based on a statement by arrested accused Ajiruddin Momin, the module kingpin, Sabiruddin Momin (42), was arrested from Habibpur in Malda,” said joint CP (STF) Solomon V Nesakumar. Ajiruddin was arrested by KP STF on Sunday, this year’s first case, he said.tnn
