The accused, Rupam Sadhukhan, was nabbed from Goribpur in Nadia district. A complaint in this regard was submitted by Prof (Dr) Chiranjib Bhattacharya, the president of the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education.

According to the complainant, he received screenshots of Telegram groups wherein unidentified persons promised to share question papers for the HS exam in exchange for money. The accused shared some QR codes for payments.
