Super-rich Ambanis get ready for grand pre-wedding festivities, 2,500 dishes over four times a day

Owners of Reliance Industries, Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani are all set to head to Gujarat’s Jamnagar for their youngest son’s three-day pre-wedding festivities scheduled from March 1 to 3. As per reports, the pre-marriage ceremonies will be held at Ambani Estate in Jamnagar and around 2,500 dishes are expected to be served to the guests four times a day for three days to ensure the dishes are not repeated. A global menu including Thai, Japanese, Mexican, Parsi and Pan Asian will be part of the three-day festivities. The guests will be served breakfast with 75 dishes, lunch with more than 225 items, dinner with around 275 dishes and can choose midnight meals with over 85 items. every single dish will be prepared maintaining strict vigilance and protocol. Meanwhile, a total of 65 chefs, including 20 women chefs have been deployed for the heavy duty and four trucks loaded with ingredients will be reaching Jamnagar from Indore very soon. From Hollywood pop-icon Rihanna chosen as the star performer to Diljit Dosanjh, the pre-wedding festivities will be a star-studded affair, with many other prominent personalities from entertainment, business and sports circuit expected to grace the events.
