Kolkata: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who reached Kolkata on Tuesday evening from a rally in Odisha, went to Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan to call on Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission president Swami Smaranananda, who has been on ventilation since Sunday afternoon.
Modi stayed at the hospital for 25 minutes and prayed for his good health and quick recovery.He posted a photo on his X handle and wrote: “Upon reaching Kolkata, went to the hospital and enquired about the health of the President of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Srimat Swami Smaranananda ji Maharaj. We are all praying for his good health & quick recovery.”
Modi had stayed at Belur Math on Jan 12, ’20, when he had a long conversation with Swami Smaranananda. tnn
