Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and his wife Dr Gurpreet Kaur announced the arrival of a baby girl on Thursday in Mohali. Going public on X (formerly Twitter) Bhagwant Mann said that both mother and daughter were doing fine. “God has given the gift of a daughter. Both mother and the child are healthy,” Mann wrote in Punjabi on X.Mann had married Dr Gurpreet in 2022, four months after taking oath as the state’s CM on March 16, 2022. Mann already has two children – a son and a daughter – from his previous marriage to Inderpreet, who he divorced in 2015. Inderpreet is now based in the US with her children.
