Kolkata: Uday Kotak, founder of Kotak Mahindra Bank, urged graduates of IIM-Calcutta to use their energy and entrepreneurship to confront the sustainability challenge and figure out ways to save the planet.
Speaking at the 59th annual convocation of IIM-C on Saturday, Kotak who was the chief guest at the function said: “Never let the entrepreneur within you fade away.Always have an owner’s mind set along with professionalism and this heady mix will take you to great heights in your career. But there is a larger purpose of your being. The path ahead is going to be difficult as sustainability is becoming a big challenge.”
Over 500 students received their degrees at the convocation.
