PM Modi thanks his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni for G7 invite

Prime Minister Narendra Modi exchanged dialogues with his Italian counterpart Giorgia Meloni and thanked her for the invitation to the G7 Summit that will be held in Italy in June.PM Modi took to X to express his thanks to Meloni. “Spoke with PM @GiorgiaMeloni and extended greetings as Italy celebrates its Liberation day today. Thanked her for the invite to the G7 Summit in June. Discussed taking forward #G20India outcomes at the G7. Reaffirmed commitment to deepening our Strategic Partnership.”Sources also confirmed that the two leaders also held discourses on regional and global developments of mutual interests. The Group of Seven (G7 Summit) is slated to be held in Italy’s Apulia from June 13-15. It consists of seven countries Italy, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom, and the United States of America.
