The shooting incident occurred on May 6 at the Fusions Cars showroom located in Tilak Nagar. Two shooters opened fire on the premises, resulting in seven individuals sustaining injuries from shattered glass fragments caused by bullets striking the doors and windows.

At the scene of the crime, the shooters left behind a handwritten note containing the names of three gangsters: Himanshu Bhau, Neeraj Faridkot, and Naveen Bali.

The owner of the showroom got a call from an international number and Rs 5 crore was demanded from him as "protection money", police said. Efforts are underway to nab the other shooter, they added.
