Kolkata: Calcutta High Court on Friday restrained police from taking any step till June 17 in a case filed against BJP’s Ghatal Lok Sabha candidate Hiranmoy Chatterjee alias Hiraan and his personal secretary, Tamaghna De, on May 18.
Chatterjee had moved the HC apprehending arrest and being prevented from participating in the polls on May 25. De made a similar plea.tnn
