• myMD raises ₹30 crore in funding

  • Kolkata: myMD, a network of retail clinics integrating ancillary healthcare services such as pharmacy, diagnostics and allied healthcare, raised Rs 30 crore. The funding round was led by executives from international funds management and banking organisations.

    The Kolkata-based chain plans to double its presence across eastern India. The expansion will include bolstering its tech capabilities to leverage AI for enhanced patient engagement, building doctor affiliations and strengthening marketing and operational teams.

    myMD says its current 25 clinics serves over 200,000 patients monthly.A top official stated that the number of clinics is expected to reach 65-70 over the next 6 months. With over 300 members, myMD’s “Aarogya Bandhu” membership provides primary and secondary care to the masses. tnn
