Sudip Bandyopadhyay will continue to lead TMC in LS

KOLKATA: Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee was unanimously selected Trinamool parliamentary party chairperson on Friday. While Sudip Bandyopadhyay will lead the party in the Lok Sabha, Derek O’Brien will be the Rajya Sabha leader.
Kakoli Ghosh Dastidar will be the party’s deputy leader in the LS, with first-time MP Sagarika Ghose being the RS deputy leader.Kalyan Banerjee will be the party’s chief whip in LS and Nadimul Haque will play the role in the upper house.
