41 people, including Indians killed after building catches fire in Kuwait

A massive fire that broke out in a multi-story building, leaving at least 41 dead, including Indians on Wednesday in the city of Mangaf in southern Kuwait. As per sources, the building housed multiple workers who were Indians.The incident took place at 6 am local time, informed Major General Eid Rashed Hamad.Although dozens were rescued from the site, many were reported dead due to inhaling toxic smoke. An investigation has begun to ascertain what caused the fire. Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister of India S Jaishankar expressed his grief over the tragic incident to the families of the deceased.
