On Wednesday, posting a video on X, Adhikari wrote : “The lawlessness across WB seems to have trickled inside the WB Legislative Assembly as well... if the opposition MLAs are not safe inside the Assembly premises, think about the plight of Opposition Political Workers in the state of West Bengal.”
Chatterjee on Thursday said while he accepted the speaker’s decision, he would not withdraw the complaint he had filed at Hare Street police station alleging that the BJP neta had given him death threats. “If such comments are made again by Adhikari, I will raise my voice again,” he said. tnn
